Our Founder Mr. Seong Min, Hong has been in the construction industry since 1983. In his early careers while working in DaeWoo Eng. & Const., he has dispatched to several countries in Africa such as Nigeria, Botswana, Libya and many more as a salary man. On 1991 Mr. Hong was once again dispatched to an overseas project and this time it was Indonesia. He worked as a salary man until the year of 1996 where he had a passion to start his own company in Indonesia due to the potential of the construction & engineering market here in Indonesia. Therefore in 1996 Mr. Hong partnered up with an Indonesian construction company and worked as a partnership until 2001. By year 2001 he started his own company named PT. ALAM DUNIA ENG. & CONST. (ADEC).
